UseMaskColor Property
Determines whether the color assigned in the MaskColor property is used. Deprecated property.

Use
Only bitmap (.bmp) images will use the MaskColor as the transparent color. JPEG (.jpg) and GIF (.gif) images ignore the MaskColor property.
