ShowPan Property
Gets or sets the visibility of the pan widget (in street view).
The default setting is False.

Use
When set to True, this property displays a pan control, or compass icon, for panning the map in street view at runtime.
BE AWARE THAT:
The Pan compass is only available when the map is in Street View. To enable street view, drag the pegman onto the desired location on the map.
