NewFolder Method
Creates a new folder on the FTP server.
object.NewFolder(Name, Folder)

Newlook Smartclient only.
Arguments
Name – (String, Required)
Name of the new folder.
Folder – (String, Required)
The sub-folder to create the new folder in.
ALERT!
The location of the new folder will be relative to the current active folder (which can be modified by 'FTPChangeFolder').
